Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 1 August 2026

Our approach to making voltalyze.com usable for as many visitors as possible.

1. Our approach

Voltalyze aims to make voltalyze.com usable by as many people as possible, including people using assistive technology. We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as a design goal. This is a statement of intent and ongoing effort, not a certification that every page fully conforms.

2. What we do

Across the Website, we work to provide:

  • keyboard navigation for interactive elements, including menus and forms
  • a skip link so keyboard users can bypass repeated navigation
  • visible focus indicators on interactive elements
  • colour combinations chosen to meet reasonable contrast levels
  • reduced motion where a visitor's system preference requests it
  • labelled form fields with associated instructions and error messages

3. Known limitations

Some parts of the Website, particularly embedded third party content such as scheduling widgets or payment forms, are provided by external services and may not fully match our own accessibility standards. We review these areas periodically and address issues within our control as they are identified.

4. Reporting an accessibility problem

If you encounter a barrier using the Website, please tell us at support@voltalyze.com. Please describe the page, the problem you experienced, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, so we can investigate effectively.

5. What to expect after reporting

We review accessibility reports and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and to address confirmed issues as part of our ongoing development work. We do not commit to a fixed response time for every report, as the appropriate timeline depends on the nature and complexity of the issue.

6. Changes to this statement

We may update this statement as our accessibility work progresses. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
