    Questions before you choose

    Is salon POS included in Solo?

    Yes. Both Solo and Business include POS, retail and payment workflows. Business adds team and multi-location capabilities; payment processing and hardware are separate.

    Who processes customer payments?

    The payment provider connected to your business processes payments. Provider fees, verification requirements and settlement timing apply to that connection.

    Can I sell products alongside services?

    Yes. Retail products can be included in checkout, with stock tracked in the connected inventory. The online shop also uses the product catalogue.

    Can I sell gift cards?

    Digital gift cards are part of the platform. Configure their values and conditions, and review the supported sale and redemption process during setup.

    Are processing charges included in the monthly price?

    No. The software subscription, payment processing charges, compatible hardware and any connected third-party subscriptions are separate. Review the provider's terms before accepting payments.
