Industry partnerships

Help define the next vertical Business Operating System. This is for operators with real depth in an industry, not for referral arrangements.

Why this exists

We will not guess an industry

Beauty and Wellness became a product because the workflows were understood properly before anything was built. Every future vertical has to clear the same bar. That means working with people who already know how the industry runs, rather than reading about it.

What we are looking for

  • Deep operating knowledge of one industry, from someone who has actually run in it.
  • A clear view of the workflows that break most often and cost the most.
  • Willingness to be involved through design, testing and early deployment.
  • Access to real operators who will tell us the truth about what we get wrong.

What this is not

  • Introductions in exchange for a referral fee.
  • Ideas without operating experience behind them.
  • Requests to build custom software for a single business.
  • Reseller arrangements for a product that does not exist yet.
How it runs

Four stages, no commitment until the model holds

  1. 1

    Conversation

You describe the industry, how it operates and where the systems fail.

  2. 2

    Workflow mapping

We map the real workflows together and identify what a system would need to hold.

  3. 3

    Validation

We test the model against other operators before committing to build anything.

  4. 4

    Build and pilot

If it holds up, a product is built and piloted with a small number of businesses.

Industries currently under research

  • Healthcare and private clinics
  • Restaurants and hospitality
  • Trades and field services
  • Property and lettings

Industries outside this list are welcome. The list reflects where we have started looking, not a limit.
