Create a free trial account and add your business details. Your private workspace and hosted address are created automatically. Add services and staff availability inside the platform; assisted migration and custom domains can be handled separately.
Obtain exports from your current provider and review their format with Voltalyze. Client, service and product mapping, data quality and any history requirements determine the import scope.
We configure your workspace, services, team, website and connections. Review the customer booking route, deposits, permissions and reporting settings using agreed test scenarios.
Decide when the booking link will move, what happens to appointments in the old provider and who checks the live result. Access instructions are supplied for the configured business when it is ready.
Setup timing depends on the services, staff, data and providers involved. We do not promise an instant migration or that every historical record can be imported.
A few useful answers
We confirm the import scope after reviewing the available export, its fields and data quality. Appointments, client history, balances and financial records may have different portability limits. Keep the previous provider's records until the agreed checks are complete.
Agree a changeover plan before ending access to the old system. Review its notice period, export availability and obligations, and keep a record of future appointments and any outstanding balances.
After verifying your account and adding essential business details, you can enter your workspace immediately. Return through Sign in on voltalyze.com. Assisted migration is optional and does not delay standard workspace access.
We assess it separately. Only supported, agreed connections form part of setup; bespoke integrations and modules have a separate proposal.
