From product fit to managed operation
The same seven stages apply to every Voltalyze deployment. What changes between products and plans is the depth of each stage and how long it takes.
- 1
Product fit
We check whether one of our systems actually suits your business. Industry, size, current tools, how you take bookings and payments, what needs migrating and which plan route makes sense. If nothing fits, we say so rather than stretching a product to cover it.
What we do
- A clear yes or no on fit
- The plan route we recommend and why
What you do
- Honest description of how the business runs today
- The problems you want solved first
- 2
Scope and commercials
Before any work begins, the included scope, the excluded scope, the plan price, the usage costs, the access required and the acceptance criteria are written down. Nothing important is left to assumption.
What we do
- Written scope
- Pricing, usage costs and anything scoped separately
What you do
- Confirmation of the plan and terms
- Payment where the plan requires it upfront
- 3
Information and access
Deployment cannot start until we have what the system needs. Services and pricing, staff, opening hours, policies, brand assets, domain access and the accounts for any provider being connected.
What we do
- A single form that asks for exactly what is needed
- Follow-up on anything missing
What you do
- Activation form completed accurately
- Domain and provider access where relevant
- 4
Configuration
We configure the deployment: brand, domain, services, staff, policies, payments, messaging and the modules included in your plan. This is configuration of a working product, not a build from zero.
What we do
- The deployment configured against the agreed scope
What you do
- Answering questions during setup
- 5
Testing
The workflows that matter get tested before anyone relies on them. A booking end to end, a payment, a reminder, a cancellation, a refund path, the customer view and the staff view.
What we do
- Critical path testing and fixes before go-live
What you do
- Reviewing the test results and flagging anything wrong
- 6
Activation
The system goes live on your domain. You get access, your team gets access, and the customer-facing surfaces become real.
What we do
- Go-live and handover of access
What you do
- Being ready to actually use the system
- 7
Operation and support
After activation the system is supported under the agreed plan. Faults, questions and small adjustments are handled. Larger changes are scoped as separate work rather than absorbed silently.
What we do
- Support under the plan
- A written scope for anything larger
What you do
- Reporting problems clearly and early
How long this takes
We do not publish a single delivery promise that covers every product and plan, because it would be wrong most of the time.
Beauty & Wellness BOS, Solo
Solo activation runs the same day in most cases, once payment is complete and the activation form has been submitted with the information we need.
Beauty & Wellness BOS, Business
Business onboarding is scheduled after the activation form is received. Timing depends on staff count, services, migration and the providers being connected.
The most common cause of delay is missing information or missing access, not the configuration itself.
