What if I take on staff later?
You can move to Voltalyze BOS Business. You can move between Solo and Business. Changes apply from the next billing cycle.
How am I billed?
Plans are billed monthly in advance, in the currency of your market.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle and there is no early termination fee.
Do I get a website?
Yes. Solo includes customer-facing business website pages on your own domain, connected by Voltalyze during setup, with booking, reviews and a client portal built in.
Are there costs outside the plan?
Messaging, telephony, AI usage above the included allowance and payment processing fees are charged by usage or by the provider. The pricing page lists them.
