Voltalyze BOS

The Business Operating System for beauty and wellness businesses.

Bring appointments, clients, team operations, payments, stock, marketing, finance, your customer-facing website and AI into one connected system.

What it replaces

  • A booking tool that does not know your stock
  • A card machine that does not know your diary
  • A website nobody can keep current
  • Spreadsheets for payroll, commission and stock
What it connects

One set of records, used by every part of the business

Because a booking, a payment, a product and a client are the same records everywhere, the numbers agree at the end of the day.

Client journey

From first enquiry to the next booking

A client finds your site, asks a question, books, pays a deposit, is reminded, arrives, is charged, is asked for a review, then rebooks. Every one of those steps writes to the same client record, so nobody has to reconcile them later.

  • Booking on your own pages
  • Deposits taken at booking
  • Reminders by email and SMS
  • Checkout and receipts
  • Review requests after the visit
  • One-click rebooking

Client record

  • Visit history
  • Spend and payments
  • Notes and consents
  • Memberships and packages
  • Loyalty balance
Daily operations

The calendar is the floor plan, not just a diary

Availability is calculated across people, services and durations, so a confirmed booking is one the business can actually deliver.

  • Team and single-day views
  • Service durations per staff member
  • Shifts, time off and attendance
  • Blocked time and closures
  • Waitlist for gaps
  • Walk-ins where supported

Money

Payments, POS and the numbers behind them

Deposits, in-person sales, refunds, tips and no-show charges are all recorded against the appointment and the client, then roll up into reporting without re-keying.

  • Deposits at booking
  • In-person POS
  • Refunds, tips and no-show handling
  • Payment records and receipts
  • Day end and reconciliation where available
  • Payroll and commission runs

  • Payroll
  • Exports for your accountant
Stock and retention

Stock, memberships, packages, gift cards and loyalty

Retail and back bar come off the same stock records, and the things that bring clients back are part of the same checkout rather than a separate app.

  • Products, stock and low-stock alerts
  • Suppliers and purchase orders
  • Memberships and prepaid packages
  • Digital gift cards with a balance ledger
  • Loyalty points and stamp cards
  • Campaigns and client segments

FAQ

Voltalyze BOS: common questions

Is Voltalyze BOS one product or several?

One product with two plans. Solo and Business run on the same system, so moving from one to the other keeps your clients, bookings, brand and history.

Do we get our own website, or a listing?

Your own customer-facing website on your own domain, connected by Voltalyze during setup. It is your site, not a profile on a marketplace.

Can we sell products as well as services?

Yes. Online product sales run through the same customer-facing site, using the same stock records the business works from.

What does the AI actually do?

The AI Concierge answers customer questions and helps with booking on your site. The BOS Assistant answers questions about the business and carries out supported administrative actions for authorised users. Sensitive actions stay with a person.

How long does setup take?

Solo activation runs the same day in most cases, once payment is complete and the activation form has been submitted. Business onboarding is scheduled once the activation form is received. Timing depends on staff numbers, services, data migration and the providers being connected.

Who owns the data?

The business does. Records can be exported, and there is a defined offboarding path if you leave.

See Voltalyze BOS with your own services and prices in it.
