No. Configuration happens before go-live, so you carry on as normal until you are ready.
Can our client list be brought across?
Where the data format is supported, yes. Large or complex migrations are scoped as separate work.
Who trains the team?
Voltalyze walks your team through the system as part of onboarding, and support continues afterwards.
What if something is wrong at review?
It is corrected before go-live. That is what the review step is for.
What happens after launch?
Voltalyze BOS is supported on an ongoing basis, with configuration changes handled as the business changes.
