Monthly subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
If you cancel:
- cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- your service remains active until the end of that billing period, unless suspended for another reason
- no refund is given for unused days or partial periods already billed
The first month of service is non-refundable.
Setup and onboarding fees
Any setup or onboarding fee is generally non-refundable once setup work has started.
Setup work is considered started once Voltalyze begins meaningful work for your account, including setup planning, configuration, onboarding review, technical preparation, domain or branding preparation, service configuration, or related implementation activity.
If you cancel before setup work has started, Voltalyze may refund the setup fee paid for that order, but:
- no refund is due for payment processor fees or similar transaction costs that are not returnable to Voltalyze
- no refund is due if Voltalyze has already begun setup work
- no refund is due if delay or non-start is caused by your failure to complete onboarding or provide required access
No refund situations
No refund is available in the following cases:
- you change your mind after setup has started
- you fail to provide onboarding details, access, or requested information
- you stop responding during onboarding or setup
- you no longer wish to continue after configuration work has been performed
- you cancel during or after the first month
- you request a refund for unused days in a live billing period
- the amount requested relates to payment processor fees or bank charges
Setup start conditions
Setup starts only after:
- payment has been received
- the onboarding form has been completed
- required website, branding, domain, payment, and configuration details have been received
If you delay these items, setup timing may move, but this does not create a refund entitlement.
Failed payments and arrears
If a payment fails:
- Voltalyze may retry collection or request payment through an alternative approved method
- a grace period of up to 14 days may apply
- Voltalyze may suspend access, features, support work, or change requests if payment remains unpaid after 14 days
- Voltalyze may terminate the account if payment remains unpaid for 60 days or more
Data export and off-boarding where money is owed
Specifically, where arrears remain unpaid, Voltalyze may refuse or delay:
- data export
- migration support
- off-boarding assistance
- technical handover work
Reactivation
There is no separate reactivation fee at this time.
However, reactivation may depend on:
- all arrears being paid in full
- technical feasibility
- re-onboarding where needed
- current pricing, rather than any expired promotional pricing
- availability of supporting third-party services or prior configurations
Promotional, founder, or country-specific pricing
If you joined under a founder offer, promotional offer, partner offer, or country-specific offer, those terms may contain additional rules.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in those offer terms:
- cancellation still takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- no refund is due for unused days
- no refund is due for the first month
- expired promotional pricing is not guaranteed to be restored if you later reactivate
Service credits and refunds are different
A service credit, if granted, is not the same as a refund.
Any service credit relating to availability, support, or other service issues is assessed separately and usually applies as account credit unless Voltalyze agrees otherwise in writing.
How to cancel
To cancel, use the method made available in your billing flow or contact Voltalyze through the support channel associated with your account.
For clean off-boarding, the request should ideally include:
- your business name
- account email
- requested cancellation date
- whether you want data export, if available
- a billing contact for any outstanding amounts
