Founder cohort overview

The founder offer is a limited commercial offer designed for an early launch cohort in selected markets.

The offer is available only to:

• eligible business customers and sole traders acting for business purposes
• applicants in the markets listed on this page
• applicants accepted by Voltalyze into the founder cohort
• applicants who complete required payment and onboarding requirements

Acceptance into the founder cohort is limited and may be determined in the order that eligible applicants complete payment and submit the required onboarding information.

Offer summary and country pricing

Founder pricing is market-specific. Select your operating market to view the applicable founder offer summary and pricing. Pricing for other markets is not displayed.

What is included

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the founder offer includes access to the current capabilities of the Voltalyze Beauty & Wellness Operating System as deployed by Voltalyze for the accepted client, together with standard setup and managed support within normal scope.

Included scope may include, where applicable to the accepted deployment:

• branded booking flows
• website or domain-linked deployment
• customer portal
• owner or manager dashboard
• appointments and calendar
• staff and service configuration
• CRM and customer records
• reviews and reminders
• Stripe-enabled payment setup where supported
• standard reporting features
• standard managed onboarding and launch support
• up to 3 minor refinements per active month

The exact implementation may depend on the client's onboarding choices, technical constraints, and third-party setup completion.

What is not included by default

Unless expressly agreed in writing, the founder offer does not include:

• third-party fees or pass-through costs
• payment processor fees
• SMS or WhatsApp usage charges
• paid advertising services
• SEO services
• social media management
• full website redesign
• custom major feature development
• advanced bespoke integrations
• legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice

Included versus excluded scope

A side-by-side view of what the founder offer covers by default and what sits outside default scope.

Eligibility and acceptance

Voltalyze may accept or decline any applicant for the founder cohort at its discretion.

An applicant is not secured into the founder offer until Voltalyze confirms acceptance and the required commercial and onboarding steps are completed.

The founder offer is not transferable unless Voltalyze agrees in writing.

Setup start and timing

Setup begins only after all required conditions are met:

• payment has been received
• the onboarding form has been completed
• required website, branding, domain, payment, and configuration details have been provided

The published setup window, if shown, starts only when all required items have been received in a usable form.

If the client delays onboarding, access, or approvals, the setup window pauses or shifts accordingly.

Billing during and after the founder period

Founder pricing applies only for the promotional duration shown for the accepted market or accepted commercial flow.

After the founder period ends:

• the subscription automatically moves to the standard monthly price for your accepted market or as otherwise communicated by Voltalyze
• billing continues monthly unless cancelled
• the main Refund & Cancellation Policy continues to apply

If a founder offer includes a reduced or waived setup fee, that reduced or waived setup fee applies only within the accepted founder offer conditions.

Cancellation and founder status

The client may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

No refund is available for:

• unused days in the billing period
• the first month
• payment processor fees
• setup work once started

Support and refinements

Founder clients receive standard support under the main Terms of Service:

• urgent or critical matters through WhatsApp, best effort same business day
• non-urgent matters through email, usually within 1 to 2 business days

Founder clients also receive up to 3 minor refinements per active month. Major changes are quoted separately.

Demos, examples, and mock data

Founder offer pages, demos, screenshots, walkthroughs, and product examples may contain illustrative content, mock data, or example layouts. Actual deployments may differ based on client input, configuration, technical constraints, and release state.

Changes to the founder offer

Voltalyze may:

• close the founder offer when the cohort cap is reached
• change the offer for future applicants
• withdraw the offer for future applicants
• update wording, presentation, or market availability

Any such change will not retroactively remove already accepted founder pricing for its agreed promotional period, unless the account is cancelled, terminated, suspended for non-payment, or otherwise falls outside the offer conditions.

Order of precedence

If there is any conflict between these Founder Offer Terms and the main Terms of Service, the Founder Offer Terms control only in relation to the founder pricing and founder-specific commercial conditions. All other matters continue to be governed by the main Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
