What is Voltalyze?
Voltalyze is salon and wellness management software for appointments, clients, staff, payments, stock, marketing and reporting. It also includes a connected business website, online booking, online shop and AI assistants.
Is Voltalyze the same product as Voltalyze BOS?
Yes. Voltalyze BOS is now called Voltalyze. Solo and Business are plans of the same platform; the company and the product share the Voltalyze name.
Which plan should I choose?
Solo is for one independent professional and one location. Business is for a team, with location requirements agreed during setup, with additional staff accounts and custom-domain setup. Both plans include POS, inventory and online-store features.
How do I start my free trial?
Sign up without a card, verify your account and add your business details. Your private workspace is created immediately for a 14-day trial. Add services and availability, then try your first appointment. Assisted migration is optional.
Can I use my own business website address?
Solo includes a Voltalyze-hosted address. Business supports connecting a custom domain during setup. Domain registration and any external subscriptions remain separate.
What costs sit outside the subscription?
Payment processing, compatible hardware, connected third-party services and applicable messaging or AI usage above allowances are separate. Complex migrations, custom modules and additional integrations are agreed and quoted before work starts.
Can I move from another booking system?
We review the exports available from your current provider and agree what can be imported. Client, service and product mapping, data quality and any history requirements are checked before a migration is confirmed.
Can I cancel and export my data?
You can cancel at any time to stop the next billing cycle, without an early termination fee under the current plan terms. Your business data belongs to you; request an export in the supported formats and review offboarding requirements with the team.
