During onboarding, you choose one of two options:
Option A — Automatic Top-Up
Your system automatically purchases the same pack again when below 10% balance so your operations never stop.
Option B — Usage Alert
You receive a notification when your pack is under 10% balance, and you can top up manually.
No. Usage Packs have no expiration date.
They remain active until your business consumes the minutes, messages or automation runs associated with that pack.

Custom Mix & Match bundles require a minimum value of €1,000.
If your usage requirements are below that threshold, simply purchase the standard Voice, Message or Automation Packs individually.
An Automation Pack provides a fixed number of automation workflow executions.
A “run” means one complete execution of a workflow, triggered by an event or schedule.
Example:
If you buy 5,000 runs, your workflows can execute 5,000 times in total.
Any minute used by your AI Phone system, including:
• Incoming calls
• Outgoing calls
• Ring time
• Hold time
• System processing time
Everything is billed in full-minute increments.
Message usage includes:
• WhatsApp messages
• SMS
• Web chat
Each AI-processed message counts as one unit, regardless of the platform.
During the discovery call, we assess your:
• Call volume
• Message traffic
• Automation workflow activity
• Number of integrated systems
• Peak season patterns
Based on this, we recommend the most efficient pack so you avoid unexpected overages.
Any usage beyond your pack is billed at the standard overage rate:
• €0.75 per voice minute
• €0.02 per message
• €0.05 per automation run

You can purchase additional packs at any moment, or upgrade to a larger volume pack whenever your demand increases.

Once purchased, Usage Packs are non-refundable, as they immediately allocate resource capacity on our automation infrastructure.
